When the words electronic music and Miami are brought up in the same sentence, Club Space is typically the first thing that comes to mind. It is the pinnacle for house and techno all-nighters, and this past Saturday’s lineup was definitive proof of that.
Sintra Sets The Tone At The Ground
Kicking things off at Club Space’s floor venue, The Ground, Sintra set the tone with a seamless fusion of Afro House, deep house, and melodic house. With this Peruvian-American artist based in Miami, a wave of local supporters filled the room much earlier than a typical night. Among the highlights of his set was an unreal deep house edit of RÜFÜS DU SOL’s anthem “Lately,” which had the crowd singing along in unison.

Another standout track was “SHIMMER” by Le Yora, a rising Afro House collective from Europe, expertly blended into his set.
Sintra closed out with “Wait For Me,” his latest hit that recently dropped on his own imprint, House of Sin Records. Its irresistible Afro House groove, paired with a hook-ridden topline from vocalist Howie Conyack, enveloped listeners in warmth. “Wait For Me” and Sintra’s entire performance were the perfect gateway to one of the most memorable club nights I have experienced.
OCULA At The Ground & Exploring The Terrace With Dara Del Castillo
Next at The Ground was OCULA, but we decided to head upstairs to the terrace first to vibe with Space resident Dara Del Castillo. With the upstairs still gaining traffic, Dara began her set with a mix of minimal house heaters and underground techy basslines. Her selections were unconventional in the best way—one track felt like subterranean deep tech collided with the soundtrack of Donkey Kong and merged into something fresh and exciting.
After about an hour on the terrace (and sneaking peeks at the main card of fight night on a nearby UFC fan’s phone), we returned downstairs to catch the second half of OCULA’s set. His melodic and progressive house effortlessly washed over the crowd, pulling everyone into a dreamlike sway. He played numerous ethereal mashups and edits, including a highlight featuring a track from veteran duo Sultan + Shepard that had the audience fully immersed.
Kasablanca Delivers A Melting Pot Of Emotion & Futuristic Energy
Once OCULA wrapped up, the buzz of excitement in the air was palpable. The Ground was packed like never before, and for good reason. Kasablanca brought out their signature giant synthesizers, electronic keyboards, and live-electronic gear. As the duo stepped on stage, the crowd erupted, and the energy reached new heights as they opened with “Terminal Feeling,” a powerful anthem from Side A of their two-part debut album Higher Resolution.
This track, inspired by Micky Kasablanca’s battle with cancer, radiates resilience and determination. Despite facing challenges like emergency surgeries and chemotherapy, the duo’s strength has never wavered, and the emotional intensity of “Terminal Feeling” hit the audience like a freight train.
Throughout their set, Kasablanca guided us on a journey into the future of music, blending robotic soundscapes with mesmerizing visuals. A standout moment was their viral cover of The Prodigy’s “Breathe,” a fusion of acid house and techno that has become a modern anthem with millions of views and The Prodigy’s official blessing.
Their two-hour set flew by, packed with memorable moments that cemented it as one of the top three performances I have ever witnessed.
Malóne & Deborah De Luca Close With A Bang
Following the rush of euphoria from Kasablanca’s headlining set, we returned upstairs for Malóne, who was direct support for techno queen Deborah De Luca. Malóne, Club Space’s top resident, has evolved into not only a Miami legend but also an internationally touring superstar. Whether it is your first or tenth time seeing him, Malóne always delivers fresh sounds, adapting flawlessly to the energy of the crowd.
As his set progressed, he transitioned from groovy tech house into explosive techno IDs, igniting the terrace with electricity and teeing up the room perfectly for Deborah’s arrival.
At around 5 AM, with fatigue setting in, we doubted our ability to keep going. But as soon as Deborah De Luca took over, those doubts vanished. She unleashed a barrage of relentless techno bangers that somehow recharged our batteries from low power to over 100%. Sped-up edits of Mau P’s “On Again” and other hard-hitting tracks backed by thumping basslines kept the dancefloor alive. Deborah’s electrifying set carried us through sunrise and beyond, pushing us to 8 AM before we finally called it a morning and headed home.
The night was nothing short of a mini-festival, with world-class performances that left every attendee awestruck. For those lucky enough to experience it, it’s certain they will be returning for more. And for anyone who missed out, grabbing tickets for an upcoming Club Space event is a must to avoid FOMO from missing another legendary party.
