Today, Denon DJ has announced a new update for their Prime 4 DJ controller that allows both WIFI and wired internet connection to streaming service TIDAL. As of now, only the Prime 4 controller is able to access this feature, but support for SC5000 and SC5000M are to come shortly. This is a rather huge move in the DJ world, where streaming access was generally more limited to entry-level controllers. But with other companies like Beatport joining the game, it looks as if streaming is about to seriously take over the DJ booth. Check out the intro video below.
